Such a shame. I'm not an Applebee's fan by no means, but I went here with my cousins sometimes and I have to grudgingly admit that it was a nice restaurant (for an Applebee's). They closed last month in Danvers, MA.

Why did the Applebee's shutter their business in Chanhassen, MN last year? It must not be because it underperformed, that place was always packed. Were there issues with their lease or with the rent maybe?

I feel like they arent that beloved here in Maine, but i would dislike to see them go regardless. i am one of the few that finds them charming. will they be closing in Maine or not?

This location is gone... so disappointing. I know it's quite popular to hate on Applebee's but I think that's unfair. Their menus are interesting (their chicken is always good) and the all of their waitresses are cute as a button.
