This was a good store, and it still is but a lot of the charm it possessed at one point is simply gone. I miss it dearly. I mean, it's still open but I miss what is now gone.

This particular Louisville store has kicked the bucket unfortunately. From hearing the locals talk, and I mean by that NOT talk, nobody misses it that much...

There have been rumors about this location for years and years and years now that it would close but it never did. This is either one stubborn location or it never planned to close anyway.

I have no idea if KOI is still in business or not. I simply never hear about them, ever. I wonder what's happening behind the scenes, if anything is happening at all.

The company won't survive the next decade if it doesn't stop sitting on its butt and do some changes around here. They need to clean up upper management for starters. Next, lower prices. Nobody has money like they used to anymore.

I don't think that business is as it has been a few years ago. I find it pure luck to see them afloat right now.
