When did Fantastic Sams in Brawley? Were people sick of their haircuts ending up looking like crusty Elvira knock-offs? Maybe that's why they ended up closed. I don't think it SHOULD have closed but I guess that's WHY it closed. It is what it is and Brawley will continue on.
