It was horrible. I was an employee in one of Big Lots stores in So Cal and I was let go. Fortunately, I was able to find something realitevely quickly but the store closure wave was too big. I'd say at 25 people per store the company probably laid off over 1000 people at that time. BIg Lots is closing again, I do not know how many stores though.
